Experience, if any. Alot. I did forums for battlescape 562 loading 604 I did for generationx when they were up..
How active yuh are. 24/7
Why should yuh be picked over others for this spot. Because I know what I am doing and everyone will love the forum's.....
What will yuh do if yuh get Demoted. I will Keep trying

There is a difference between just making forums and making them to look like they were professionally done. The best two things to have for positions like this is experience in both Website/Forum Design and Graphic Design.
